A Still Small Voice
Coaching & Consulting
Initial Coaching Assessment
This two-session introduction allows you and your coach to get to know one another. At the close of the first interview you will be given several self assessment forms to complete and return. Next you will schedule your second session to receive feedback about your results and how they inform the approach we will use together. With this information, you can decide if you have enough to proceed on your own, or if you would like to continue on-going coaching for a specific project or goal.

Coaching Sessions, after initial
The initial assessment provided a plan outline for a project or goal that you want to achieve; with on-going coaching sessions you put that plan into action to achieve the results you are looking for. For each coaching session clients come prepared with results from previous week's work, questions, successes, and obstacles encountered since the last session. Weekly sessions are usually optimal.
Coaching is neither counseling nor therapy though the processes are sometimes experienced as therapeutic. It is important for you to determine whether you are fundamentally well enough for coaching or if there are serious problems that require mental health counseling. For example, if you are struggling with substance use issues, depression, anxiety, or
other mental health conditions, seek help from a licensed mental health professional. A Still Small Voice can make a referral if you need help finding resources. In addition to traditional coaching services, A Still Small Voice utilizes alternative approaches to self awareness and self discovery. Services are listed below.
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
Reduce stress and fatigue, release chronic pain, gain greater stability and flexibility, realize self-empowering life options, awaken a sense of mind-body-spirit connection... or simply find deep relaxation! These are a few of the benefits clients list about this yoga-based, transformational bodywork. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, through a combination of classical yoga techniques and elements of contemporary body-mind psychology, encourages a deeper connection with self by exploring and integrating life metaphors. (NO PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY)
Reiki involves channeling “Universal Life Energy” through practitioner to recipient. The client is fully clothed while the practitioner places her hands either slightly above or lightly contacting the client’s body. Reiki helps to rebalance, unblock, and harmonize distress and disturbance. Most people leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Light touch, deep healing.
